Position: International Market Insights & Expansion Manager

Job Description

  • Independent strategic analysis and evaluation of markets across Europe.
  • Identify relevant distribution partners, wholesalers and potential accounts in targeted countries
  • PMO and coordination of all activities in relevant launch-markets across all departments
  • For each country you will oversee the entire value chain
  • Support development of appropriate product range and pricing architectures
  • On-site training and motivation of our local teams
  • Support local teams to achieve defined goals
  • Support and development of sales and forecast planning
  • Implementation, tracking and development of distribution agreements in each country
  • Thanks to your strategic thinking and agile personality, you will proactively identify new opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Consultancy background and/or successful track record in a commercial function
  • Master degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in G2M strategy
  • Very good understanding of operations
  • Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills and confident handling of MS Office tools
  • Fluent spoken and written business English, additional languages will be a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on. You get your hands into the dirt!
  • Working cross-departmental is in your DNA
  • High travel commitment (60%)
