HONEY & GARLIC TINDLE NUGGETS

INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 TiNDLE Nuggets
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 170g honey
  • 70ml water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 250g cooked riceGarnish: Spring onion and sesame seeds

Method

  1. Cook the TiNDLE nuggets using your preferred cooking method according to the packet’s instructions.
  2. While the nuggets are cooking, prepare the glaze by whisking all the ingredients in a medium saucepan, until well combined.
  3. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Once the nuggets are ready, pour the glaze over and toss gently to coat all pieces.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
